4 Adas Terrace enjoys a fantastic position on the edge of Mortehoe village, with far-reaching views across the sea towards Lundy Island. With open coastal views to the front and National Trust countryside rising behind, it offers a great mix of seaside setting and rural surroundings.

Part of a row of traditional Victorian terraces, the cottage is set back from the road with a private parking space and a lovely long lawned garden with seating area. It’s a lovely spot to sit out and take in the sunsets—whether from the garden or through the lounge window.

The location is ideal for getting out and about. The South West Coast Path is just moments away, with scenic walks in both directions, and the pretty coves at Grunta and Combesgate are within walking distance (steep in places). Woolacombe’s popular sandy beach is less than two miles away, perfect for surfing, families and long beach days—and many areas welcome dogs, making it a great choice for guests bringing their four-legged companions. Mortehoe village itself is just a short stroll, with a choice of pubs, a café and a village shop/ post office.

Inside, the cottage is comfortable and full of character, with some original features and a simple, relaxed style throughout. The lounge has an open fire, set within a traditional  fireplace, along with sofas and a TV—ideal for unwinding after a day exploring. The space leads on into the kitchen to the rear with a small dining area with room for everyone to sit together. From here there is access out to a small enclosed courtyard and lean-to storage area.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, both straightforward and practical, along with a family bathroom with a bath and electric shower over.

Moments away from the front of the property there is a long lawned garden, with seating area, where you can make the most of enjoying the glorious the sea views
