As a proud family-owned business, we offer a personal, tailored approach to managing holiday properties in North Devon and Exmoor.

Oliver, with a BA (Hons) in Marketing & Tourism, brings over 13 years of local industry experience to the table, having worked in senior management roles with large holiday letting agencies. As the primary point of contact, he expertly manages all aspects of the business, from owner and guest services to marketing and SEO, making him the ‘face’ of Cottages on the Coast.

Alice plays an equally vital part in the business. She is responsible for social media, marketing, design, and behind-the-scenes tasks such as contracts and finance. With a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion, Alice ensures that everyone can enjoy a memorable holiday experience. Together, they leverage their complementary skill sets to offer bespoke property management and a personalized service to holidaymakers and property owners alike.
