52 Greenway is a beautiful, high quality beach house completed in 2019 that sleeps 6. Thoughtfully designed and equipped to a high standard, it offers a light and airy contemporary living space. It is located on a small exclusive development between the popular surfing resort of Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park. This 4 acre site offers private access to Northam Burrows which is part of the UK’s first designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The Golf Club can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country.

This reverse level house has been designed to make the most of the beautiful countryside views. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor and consist of a light and spacious king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, a double room with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room and a twin room with a zip-and-link bed that can be made into a super-king on request. Both the King and Double bedrooms have opening bi-fold doors out to the patio and garden, so you can sit back and relax with a morning coffee. The bathroom has a rain shower over the bath and there’s a handy utility room with washing machine, storage for surfboards, coats and shoes.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the large open-plan living area on the first floor, which has patio doors opening onto a furnished balcony, perfect for chilling out after a day on the beach. The modern kitchen has all you need to rustle up a delicious evening meal and the lounge area with large corner sofa and easy chairs provides a comfortable social space with a large Smart TV and DVD player, broadband Wi-Fi and stereo system. The property comes with parking spaces for two cars and an electric car charging point. It is completed with an enclosed patio area that is furnished with a table and chairs and a BBQ, making it private and safe for children and your pet and the perfect spot to unwind in the evening.

This prime coastal property is within easy walking distance of the beach and all village amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and tea rooms. Perfect for a family holiday, the blue flag beach has a 2 mile stretch of golden sand offers an opportunity to enjoy surfing, wind surfing, kayaking and dog walking. If you would like a change of scene, there is so much to explore within easy driving distance, including the pretty fishing village of Appledore, the picturesque coastal village of Clovelly, the historic port town of Bideford and other beach resorts of Croyde and Woolacombe.

Kitchen Area: Well equipped modern, fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge, freezer, variety of kitchen utensils.  There is also a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Garden: A main enclosed patio area outside the property is furnished with a table and chairs and a BBQ and is the perfect spot to unwind in the evening.  There are two further patio areas outside 2 of the bedrooms.
Parking: Private parking outside of property for 2 cars.
EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging on site (untethered Zappi).  Additional charges apply.  The EV charger is an untethered Myenergi Zappi with a 10 meter lead with a type 2 socket. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
