Designed with both relaxation and socialising in mind, the open-plan kitchen and dining area is a wonderful space to gather, whether you’re enjoying a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day or sharing a special meal in the evening. The two adjoining living spaces are another highlight, and offer plenty of room to unwind. One of the two lounges features large picture windows that frame the sea views and French doors leading to the enclosed garden and patio – perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. The second lounge provides a cosy retreat with a wood burner, ideal for those cooler evenings.

For those who love a little entertainment, the separate games room is a fantastic addition. The master suite features a super-king zip-and-link bed and a luxurious en-suite with a spa bath, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double with an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a twin with sea views and an en-suite shower room. To offer greater flexibility, both the first and last bedrooms offer zip-and-link options (available on request). Also upstairs, accessed from the landing, is a large south-facing balcony where guests can enjoy the stunning sea views.

Large picture windows make the most of the Woolacombe bay views, and French doors open out onto the patio and the enclosed garden, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying balmy evenings.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

A lovely spacious place, near to everything and with fabulous views to the sea. Very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. We visited in winter and house was very warm and with Christmas decorations! The games room was a real hit with our adult children too. “Delightful home in Woolacombe. Lovely and clean, well thought out accommodation. Homely , with everything we needed for a home from home experience. Delicious welcome basket, thank you so much. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. 5 adults stayed all of us had a wonderful time. The house was a pleasure to stay in. We also took a dog who is usually a bit unsettled in new places, not here, he just loved it too. Excellent bathroom facilities, downstairs shower was great. Pool room enjoyed by all. Wonderful views of the mountains and sea. Lovely walks locally, would need more than one return visit to do them all. Although on a main road into Woolacombe, it’s not a busy road and we were able to sleep with the windows open and not be affected by traffic noise. Very quiet, nice area. It is close enough to walk down to the beach, about 7mins, so didn’t need the car, and far enough away to not hear noise from the town in the evening. Would love to return”
