It benefits from secured gated parking and convenient lift access, so getting to enjoy the views should be hassle free.  The property is situated in Granville Point, a landmark building in Ilfracombe, that commands impressive views of the sea, town and countryside.  Located in the centre of the town it provides easy access to the historic Tunnels Beaches, pretty harbour, South West coast path and all the independent shops and restaurants nearby.

Situated on the fourth floor, with lift or stair access, the apartment is finished and furnished to a high standard. The light filled, open plan living room is complemented by stylish wooden flooring throughout, a large screen TV and a door which opens onto the private decked balcony with panoramic town and sea views. This is a lovely spot to relax with a morning coffee, dine al fresco, or at dusk marvel at the myriad of lights in the town below. The sleek modern kitchen/dining area is extremely well equipped. Both attractive bedrooms are carpeted for comfort with the double bed room benefiting from a spacious ensuite bathroom and door out onto the balcony. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.

“Superb accommodation in a former landmark Victorian hotel with wonderful views along the coast and of the town of Ilfracombe. You can even see (just about) Verity (Damien Hirst statue) in the distance and the UK’s longest continuously used lighthouse over at Ilfracombe harbour. The location was great, short walk the the Landmark theatre and only about a 10-15 minute stroll to the harbour. We were lucky with the weather so most of the time this walk along the coast was in lovely sunshine. The flat was more than enough space for a family of 4. Shops and amenities all within walking distance (including a Lidl) although there are some steep slopes up and down, being on the North Devon coast. My 4 year old managed them fine though. Lots to do in Ilfracombe and the surrounding area, many of them within 30-40 minutes drive from Ilfracombe. Plenty of great places to eat and get your fill of Devon cream teas! I highly recommend staying here, we had a great 7 night stay.”
