Modern fitted kitchen with AEG double fan oven, 4 ring AEG induction hob, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, a variety of pans and utensils, dishwasher and a washing machine. The living area comprises of a large corner sofa, 2 arm chairs, a coffee table, 60” 4k Smart TV with basic Sky package and a wood burner. Bifold doors with electric blinds open out onto the south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline, pebbleridge & burrows and surrounding countryside.
Dining room: Spacious dining room with dining table and chairs for 6.
Downstairs bedroom with ensuite: Kingsize bed with bedsides, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.
Double bedroom (first floor): Double bed with besides, a chest of drawers, an armchair & built in wardrobe. Stunning views of the sea and over Northam Burrows
Twin room (first floor): Twin beds , bedsides, a standing mirror & a small chest of drawers. Hairdryer is available in one of the bedsides.
Bathroom: Walk in shower with rainfall showerhead, bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

 Decked patio off kitchen/living area with garden furniture, providing impressive views over the Northam Burrows Country Park Nature Reserve.
Parking: Driveway private parking for 1 car (or right hand side)

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure

For years and stayed in most areas and this is a great home and great location. Beautiful large kitchen lounge area with everything you need if you want to eat in and 3 doors away from the fabulous pig and olive if you want an amazing pizza. Beds were really comfortable too and everything was super clean. Milk and scones in the fridge on arrival too, nice touch! A great stay!”
