There is a delightful, cosy Annexe, which connects to the main house.  There is a living/ sleeping area with a luxurious king size bed, wardrobe/storage unit, compact two seater sofa, dining table with chairs and Smart TV.  There is a modern bathroom, with walk in shower and rainfall shower head.  There is also a well equipped kitchen and private patio with the Annexe.  The ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms make this property ideal for multi-generational families. The main house has a bright, open-plan living room and kitchen, which serve as the home’s centrepiece, offering ample comfortable seating, a breakfast bar, a large Smart TV, and a wood-burning stove. The modern, well-equipped kitchen features a fridge/freezer, double electric ovens, an induction hob, a wine cooler, a dishwasher, and a microwave – perfect for preparing meals to savour on the decked terrace while soaking in the breathtaking coastal scenery. For larger family meals, the dining room accommodates 8 guests.

On the first floor, two additional bedrooms and a family bathroom await – complete with a bath and walk-in shower. Bifold doors with electric blinds open out onto the south facing decked balcony with far-reaching views of the town, coastline, Pebbleridge & burrows and surrounding countryside.
Dining room: Spacious dining room with dining table and chairs for 6.
Downstairs bedroom with ensuite: King-size bed with bedsides, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, washbasin, WC & heated towel rail.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
