A private entrance leads to 13 steps down into a large hallway, which features a handy workstation. From here, you’ll enter the spacious open plan living area, where glorious coastal views await. A telescope is provided, allowing you to watch boats cross the water and head out to sea. The lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind, while the dining area is ideal for enjoying home cooked meals prepared in the stylish, modern kitchen. Patio doors lead from the living room onto the balcony – a perfect vantage point for observing passing boats or taking in the breathtaking North Devon sunsets.

Both bedrooms, accessed via the hallway, boast far-reaching estuary views. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a dressing table, a Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a wardrobe, making it perfect for family stays. Entrance: 13 Steps lead down to the hallway from front door.  This leads to a large hallway with workstation area.
Living room: A bright spacious living room with soft comfortable sofas and large Smart TV, Patio doors leading to a balcony with far reaching estuary views.
Dining Area: Table and chairs seating 4.
Kitchen: Well equipped fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring induction hob, integrated microwave, toaster, electric kettle, integrated dishwasher, integrated fridge & freezer, washing machine and a variety of kitchen utensils.
Bathroom: Bath with shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 1: Spacious king size bedroom with wardrobe, dressing table, bedsides, TV and coastal views from the windows. En-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with wardrobe, bedsides and coastal views.
Balcony: Accessed via the living room with impressive, direct estuary views.
Parking: On street parking is available a short walk from the property, either along the road near the property or the road running parallel. There is a public car park around 300 metres from the property – subject to availability, charges apply.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided. Gas CH. No Smoking. No pets allowed. Wi-Fi Broadband. Balcony furniture. Short breaks available on Mon- Fri, Fri – Mon basis.  Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

Sea Drift is in a perfect location, right on the estuary and close to all of Appledore’s amenities. It is highly recommended and I would consider booking it again, although looking at “Cottages on the Coast” other locations they could rival Sea Drift – but it would be hard to beat.

“What can we say other than what a fantastic place. It’s a rare thing to have real relaxing time and from the moment we sat on the balcony and took in the view relaxation was achieved! Appledore was the loveliest town, so much to see and do within walking distance crabbing, rock pols, life guard station, ice cream, the most amazing milkshakes at the Market Street kitchen. We ate at nearely all the Local cafes and bars, The pizza at Flame Factory (book couple days before) and the Royal George served incredible seafood. Day trips to Instow, Clovelly, Bucks Mills, Harrtland Quay all showed off the stunning coast line ad even a trip to the museum in Bideford was squeezed in! We loved then getting back to the haven of Seadriift and chilling out with that view, sunrises were incredible and we actually got up for them! We will be booking again to explore more of this area and know that we will again be recharged at Sea Drift. Enjoy it everyone”
