Living room:  A large comfortable corner sofa and large Smart TV, cupboard of family games and books and patio doors, which provide access onto the balcony overlooking the rock pools, tidal pool and beach.
Dining area: A dining table with 4 chairs provides a lovely setting to enjoy an evening meal.
Kitchen: Well equipped, fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, washing machine/ dryer. Variety of kitchen utensils.
Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Twin beds with built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet and ensuite shower room, with shower cubicle, wash basin and towel rail.
WC (Ground Floor): Separate WC cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
Seating Area (First Floor): Mezzanine seating area with sofa, two bean bags, Smart TV, DVD player, selection of DVD’s  and sea views.
Airing Cupboard (First Floor): Airing cupboard housing vacuum, iron and ironing board.
Bathroom (First Floor): Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 (First Floor): Master Kingsize room with built in wardrobe, bedsides and dressing area.
Balcony: A large decked balcony with uninterrupted sea and beach views. The perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the wonderful coastal landscape of North Devon.  Balcony furniture provided.
Parking: Two private car parking space on the Golden Bay Holiday Village site.
EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging on site.  2 EV chargers in Golden Bay Holiday Village parking area.  The EV charger is a type 2 socket. Arrival/departure for weekly bookings is Friday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 10 working days of your departure.

“A beautiful place to spend time by the Ocean. it’s a comfy and relaxing interior with Ocean views from every seat. The balcony is beautifully situated to give uninterrupted views across the Ocean and the beach. Just a short walk gets you onto the beach or if you are up for a swim in the sea pool, you couldn’t be closer. Plenty of surfing going on too. It’s just a short drive to some of the local sights of interest including the steam railway, Clovelly and the amazing water powered vermicular railway. Then coming home to the amazing Ocean view makes for a really nice holiday. We absolutely loved our time here and recommend it highly. Parking is very straightforward, we didn’t use the EV chargers in the end but there are a couple with easy access in the main car park.”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. It is set to the front of a small holiday chalet park with fantastic views looking out across the bay. The photos of the house are exactly as we found the place to be – The large glass doors open directly onto a balcony overlooking a row of beach huts directly below you and then the bay ahead of you – It feels amazing to be able to see the sea up so close from the living room space – Especially when the tide is in! The house is well equipped and I can imagine it would be handy to have the mezzanine floor above the main living room area with a separate TV to entertain the kids – lots of DVDs there too. The location is really quiet, although we were there just before the school holidays so I imagine it might be a little busier then. There is lots of parking on site and it is literally a 2 or 3 minute walk to the seafront. Overall I highly recommend this place.”

Great location- easy access path to the flat walk along the front to the town and great to get onto the A39 for visiting surrounding areas in both Devon & Cornwall – bit of a drive but recommend a trip the Port Isaac so quaint and great shuttle taxi to get you back up those hills to the car park.
