The Llewellyn Family – Dec 2025
We have been visiting North Devon for several years and this house really was something special. From the beautifully designed interiors, to the completely private garden safe for dogs, we immediately felt right at home. The master bedroom in particular was decorated to an extremely high standard and we loved the sitting room layout. The hosts had even provided Christmas touches like fairy lights, crackers and lovely little mince pies. The separate dining room off the kitchen comfortably sits four and has a dog bed in the corner too! What a wonderful house, 2 minutes on foot from local co-op and several pubs and restaurants, and ten minutes in the car to Saunton Sands. We adored our stay and would recommend strongly.
T. Baker & Guests – Dec 2025
Absolutely gorgeous place to stay, comfortable beds, beautifully clean, lovely fully stocked kitchen, garden looked great although it was too wet for us to use this time! It’s situated right in the centre of Braunton, so super convenient for everything. There’s parking at the top of the road, so stop and unload before you go to find parking. Also, note the 9am leave time on check out, earlier than most of the other places we have stayed in Devon, but fine for us.
Mr & Mrs Morgan – Aug 2025
“We had a wonderful few days in Braunton. We have family that live locally so we often stay in the surrounding area. The weather was glorious, the local area had lots to do. The best tv for an Airbnb though, being able to sign in to our apps. We loved staying in Braunton, and went to Saunton Sands every day. Our favourite beach with the dogs.”
Mr D Dempsey – May 2025
“Clean house with everything you need in nice location for beaches, town and tarka trail. Nice outdoor area with BBQ, good seating etc and sheltered sun trap.”
Ms Y Herfegar- May 2025
“Beautiful holiday home, very clean and spacious. The cottage had lots of little extras I.e. kitchen foil, dishwasher tablets, dog bed, clothes dryer etc which was brilliant. Highly recommend and will be returning. Thank you.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean, spacious & well equipped. Loved the comfy beds & pillows. The back garden is a fabulous sun trap. Right in the centre of Braunton; loved being a minutes walk from shops, restaurants & bars. The app is a brilliant idea – great to have all of the information about the property & area all in one place. Our cocker spaniel also loved it! Would definitely stay again.”

“Cottages On The Coast were very responsive hosts. Beautiful cottage, really nicely decorated, lovely main bedroom which is very spacious and the cottage was clean and tidy. Car park was a 2 minute walk if that and you are near the co op, many different places to eat and a few shops. The garden was so lovely and a sun trap in the right weather! March 2024 – Mr Garratt
“A wonderful stay in heart of Braunton. The house was perfect for what we needed, a lot of the finer details had be thought of and Cottages On The Coast were very responsive throughout. We were a little concerned about parking/unloading the car prior to the trip, especially with a one year old. However, we were able to pull up outside the house without any issues and I was always able to find a parking spot on the adjacent road a short walk away.”
February 2024 – Mr & Mrs Board

This is a well equipped cottage with plenty of space to relax and everything is finished to a high standard. Cottages On The Coast provided lots of great information to help get the most out of our stay. We will return!”
