This stunning property welcomes you with a spacious hallway that flows into a large L-shaped kitchen, dining, and living area. Expanses of picture windows frame the breathtaking panoramic sea views, filling the space with natural light. The contemporary kitchen/diner is fully equipped for effortless catering, this flows into a generous dining area, where you can enjoy a family meal whilst taking in the glorious views. Wrapping around the rear, the inviting living area offers a plush U-shaped sofa centred around a 55” Smart TV — perfect for cosy evenings in. Step outside onto the wraparound safari lodge-style balcony terrace, where you can take in the stunning sea views and overlook the grounds. This level also boasts a delightful viewing gallery, an ideal spot to admire the scenery in any season. Additionally, you’ll find two bedrooms—a twin and a king both with en-suite bathrooms.

The lower ground floor offers plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. A generously sized games room features a pool table, a conservatory area with table tennis, and a dining space, while a separate lounge with a TV provides an additional spot to unwind. This level also houses two further bedrooms, both with en-suite facilities. For a fun-filled day out, Watermouth Castle—one of North Devon’s premier attractions—offers something for the whole family, while the nearby Dinosaur and Wildlife Park (4 miles) is always a hit with children. A characterful pub and restaurant are within easy reach, while Ilfracombe and Combe Martin (both within 3 miles) offer a further selection of great pubs, restaurants, and shops. Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice, with the stunning three-mile stretch of Woolacombe Sands and the postcard-perfect Broadsands Beach just a short drive away.

We would like to confirm that the Pool will be heated and available for swimming on Friday 23rd May 2025 and conversely the Pool will be closed on Friday 3rd October 2025. For 2026 these dates will be Friday 22nd May 2026 – Friday 2nd October (closing). Gas and ASHP Central Heating, Wi-Fi, No smoking. Regret no pets. 1 x Highchair and 1 x travel cot. Barbecue. Garden furniture including Breeze House.  A selection of books and games. Telephone for incoming and emergency calls only.  Ample private parking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.  Pizza oven and barbecue area for disposables.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £300, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

“What a beautiful house with the most amazing views. The swimming pool was a huge success with our grandchildren as was the games room. The outside spaces all had wonderful views with lots of seating It was so good to have an en-suite for every bedroom especially with three teenagers and a 10 year old! We had BBQ’s and made pizzas which the children loved doing. The Beachside Grill at Saunton sands does very good food, we also loved The Sandy Bay hotel at Coombe Martin, lovely staff, good cocktails and food and great views. It was wonderful to be with all of our family in such a beautiful place.”

“The house is absolutely stunning! We stayed as a family, ages ranging from 3 years to 81 years and it really ticked all of the boxes! The inside of the property is huge with some really lovely inside and outside seating areas for relaxing, sat on top of a hill – the views of the sea are amazing (the pictures do not do this justice). The outdoor pool and gardens are beautiful and well kept, a win for the kids! We made use of the outdoor BBQ and huge outdoor table/chairs which were being built on our arrival new out of the box. Downstairs games area along with loads of board games available if the weather is bad. Just a short (steep) walk down to a lovely little harbour/cafe and across the road to get straight onto the Costal path where you can walk for hours through the most beautiful scenery. We had a drive to Woolacombe beach (20 mins) and Ilfracombe harbour town (10 mins). I honestly have nothing negative to say, it was perfect from start to end and we hope to return next year!”
