Just 4 miles away, the golden sands of Saunton await, where you can ride the waves or stroll along the beach together with your pup. After a day out, return to the cottage and relax on in the peaceful enclosed garden, enjoying an al fresco meal on the sunny patio.

The cottage’s cosy interior combines rustic charm with modern comforts. Exposed wooden beams, brick accents, and soft, earthy furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kick off your shoes and unwind in the living room, where a beautiful inglenook fireplace and wood-burning stove offer the perfect setting for a cosy evening. Prepare a delicious meal in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather around the rustic dining table with views of the garden. Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms: a bright double and a charming twin, both featuring wooden furniture and soft linens. In addition there is a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, washbasin and a WC. Step outside to the enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while planning the day’s adventures (access to the garden is via a short path from the front door).

The bustling village of Braunton, just 1.5 miles away, offers a range of boutique shops, artisanal crafts, and local eateries. The magnificent sandy, surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde are short car journey away (5 miles), whilst a few miles further is the award winning Woolacombe Beach. A little farther afield, Barnstaple (7 miles) is home to historic architecture and the perfect spot for indulging in a Devonshire cream tea. For a scenic evening stroll, visit Ilfracombe harbour (7.5 miles) and watch the fishing boats bobbing against the backdrop of a stunning sunset.

Living room: Two comfortable 2-seater sofas and wood burner in Inglenook fireplace. Large Smart TV with Satellite channels and DVD player.
Kitchen: Well equipped fitted kitchen with free-standing gas oven and hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and a variety of kitchen utensils. Table and chairs seating 4.
Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Double bedroom with TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedsides.
