Upon entering the property, you are greeted by a hallway that leads to a bright and inviting living room. This space features ample comfortable seating, a TV, a Wii console, and a small balcony that offers stunning sea views. Adjacent to the living room is a large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, electric range oven, in-built Brita water filter tap, dishwasher, kettle, and microwave. A dining table with seating for 8 people, provides the perfect spot for shared meals. From the kitchen, doors open to an extensive wrap-around decked patio, offering various seating options where you can enjoy an alfresco meal or a morning coffee while taking in the sea views. Additionally, there is a warm outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

At the front of the property, you’ll find three stylish bedrooms—a Super King-sized bedroom, a Double bedroom, and a Twin bedroom. Each of these rooms boasts breathtaking sea views, allowing you to wake up to the sight of the sunrise over the North Devon countryside. These bedrooms are served by a modern family bathroom and a walk-in shower ensuite connected to the Super King-sized bedroom. Towards the rear of the property is a further spacious bedroom featuring a Super King-sized bed, a dedicated workstation, and an ensuite shower room.

Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.  On street parking also available. Steps up to front door from driveway.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Gas central heating. Wi Fi Broadband. No smoking. Rear patio furniture provided.  Highchair provided. Iron and ironing board. Short term breaks available.  Arrival & departure for weekly bookings is Saturday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

Our family group (adults – aged 60s, 70s and 89 year old) all felt that this was the best holiday home we had stayed at in the UK, of which there have been many, and we do expect a high standard. The views from almost every spot were beautiful. The bungalow is in a quiet road, spacious, extremely well equipped, very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is absolutely fabulous. Beds were all extremely comfortable. Outside seating areas were very comfortable, sheltered and relaxing. Parking on the drive is easy with plenty of room. The walk down into Woolacombe is steep but manageable although probably not for everyone. We definitely want to return to this property in the future. Thank you to the owners and also Cottages on the Coast for a very enjoyable holiday experience.

The location of the house in relation to the shops was ideal and views of Woolacombe beach from the house were just lovely. The house was exceptionally clean and roomy with a high level of kitchen appliances/equipment, also the beds and bedding were of a very good standard, with a smart TV in every bedroom. The weather on a few days of our stay was not great to go to the beach but luckily there is a Wi console with lots of games which kept everyone entertained for hours especially the kids. Woolacombe is a great place to stay in North Devon and staying in this lovely house made it all the more special, would love to stay there again.”

“I do not do reviews but feel this is a must.  My Family and I have just returned from a weeks stay at this amazing property.  We checked in finding ample parking (we fit 3 cars on the driveway), and using the extremely comprehensive guide provided by Cottages On The Coast.  These guides contain everything you need and more, everything you need to know about your property and the area including places to visit, restaurants,  bars, even bin day- just brilliant.

Stepping through the door we were greeted by the most amazing property.  Trust me the pictures are exactly what you will get if you choose to book here. The amenities,  where do I start……everything you need for your stay has been provided. An abundance of  Cutlery, Glassware, Dinnerware; I could go on and on but yes, you will have everything.  Sitting on the side were two large bags of Kettle Chips and two bottles of wine, what a wonderful touch. Open up the other cupboards and yes, you guessed it, full of every cleaner, cleaning accessory you need, it was like being at home. The bedrooms are wonderful, huge bathrooms, the whole place was immaculate. The rear garden although small has everything you need to sit out and take in the beautiful views and catch the sun if that’s your kind of thing, it’s a suntrap, we loved it.  And to top it off neighbours are so friendly, one even offered my pregnant daughter in law a lift up the hill, yes the property is on a hill and probably not suitable for someone with limited mobility, but fine if you’re going to drive everywhere. You need the hill for the view. So I want to take this opportunity to firstly say thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful property, it was perfect. Secondly to Oliver and Alice at Cottages On The Coast, superb customer service throughout and your marketing of these wonderful properties is spot on.  I’m looking forward to returning with my first grandchild at some point in the future.”
