Who are Cottages on the Coast?
Cottages on the coast is a locally based, family run, holiday letting agency which offers quality accommodation across North Devon and Exmoor. The company is built on over a decade of experience within the holiday industry, a wealth of local knowledge and an authentic love for our local area. Having worked in the self-catering industry for a large company we realised that bigger isn’t always better, this spurred us on to set up our own independent agency; with properties that are all individually hand-picked by us & a service that is flexible to our customers needs.

As a truly local company we want to share our love for North Devon with our customers. We’re immersed in the local area, it’s our home; because of this we are passionate about ensuring that you make memories that stay with you long after you go home. Having a local agent is also an advantage to you as a property owner. Being near to your property means we can offer support in a more seamless & timely way, with many connections to other services that you may need whilst renting out your property.
Providing a personal service
We know that homeowners & holiday makers alike want to be able to access support quickly and easily. We also understand that each customer will have different needs & wants. Being a small, independent, business means that we have the flexibility to personally support each individual; we will not push you to online portals to self-serve your queries. We are always happy to talk to you however you prefer to communicate; whether by email, WhatsApp, videocall or phone.

Giving back to North Devon
We don’t just live here, we love here. With this in mind, we strive to be a socially responsible company; always holding in mind our impact on the environment and on our local area. Where possible we will use environmentally friendly products, reduce single use plastic, consider our carbon footprint and use local independent suppliers. We also promise to donate a day a month of our time to local causes; we understand we have a role to play in our local community& where we can support or give back, we will.
