Beachlinks is a 3-bed, pet-friendly, quality beach house that offers a light and airy contemporary living space and is equipped to a high standard. Along with its stylish interiors and stunning location, this property also boasts a luxurious hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. It is located on a small exclusive development between the popular surfing resort of Westward Ho! and Northam Burrows Country Park. This 4-acre site offers private access to Northam Burrows, which is part of the UK’s first designated UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and adjoins the Royal North Devon Golf Club. The Golf Club can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country.
This reverse-level house is expertly designed to maximize breathtaking countryside and distant sea views. The three inviting bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. A spacious super king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a king-size room with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and a cosy twin room. Both the super king and king-size bedrooms open onto a delightful patio and garden area, perfect for leisurely mornings with your coffee. The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower over the bath, and there’s a convenient utility room for all your needs, from washing facilities to surfboard storage.
Take the staircase from the entrance hall up to the large open-plan living area on the first floor. Here, you’ll find bi-fold doors opening onto a furnished balcony, the ideal space for relaxation after a day at the beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to whip up delicious evening meals, either to enjoy on the balcony or in the dining area, ideal for socialising and entertaining. The lounge area, complete with a large sofa and comfortable chairs, serves as a great place for socialising with its Smart TV, DVD player, and Xbox One games console. The property comes with parking spaces for two cars.
One of the standout features of Beachlinks is its enclosed patio area, which is not only furnished with a table, chairs, and a BBQ but also boasts a luxurious hot tub. Utility Area: Spacious utility room with washing machine, ideal for coats and walking boots, also for storing surfboards.

Kitchen Area: Well-equipped modern, fitted kitchen with Neff electric oven and induction hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, integrated fridge, freezer, variety of kitchen utensils. There is also a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Garden: An enclosed patio area is at the rear of property and is furnished with a table and chairs, BBQ and is the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. You also have the added benefit of a hot tub in the enclosed rear garden.
Parking: Private parking outside of property for 2 cars.
Pets: 2 Pets welcome. Additional charges apply.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.

We had a lovely stay and were very impressed with the thought given to and the level of detail given to make things easier and more comfortable, especially in the kitchen. Easy walking distance to the centre of Westwood Ho! although we found the slightly longer walk (1.5m) to Appledore was definitely worth the extra steps, a much more picturesque place, and from there you can take the small ferry to the equally cute Instow. Lovely peaceful location, and within walking distance to the main centre of Westward Ho! There is parking in the centre if you prefer to drive, and also on a bus route which was really handy! I don’t think there was anything missing for what we needed during our stay, other than more sunshine! The kitchen was one of the best equipped we have had in a holiday home. The beds were super comfy and we slept like logs! The bathrooms were clean and we had plenty of hot water for showers and baths! The bonus was the newly installed hot tub – all set up and ready to go! I would definitely recommend to others!”

“The property has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Cleanliness was second to none. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and we all had our own bathroom. Space enough for all 5 of us and 2 dogs. Given that the weather wasn’t particularly great inside was lovely and warm. Having stayed in many properties on holidays this has to be at the top. The kitchen was well equipped. The best I’ve seen for a rental. The showers were perfect temperatures and water flow. Location is ideal for a short walk to the shops or beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes. There’s nothing negative to say. ”
