Thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, it features an impressive range cooker with a large gas hob, generous worktop space and a cosy window seat – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching life unfold along the quayside.

The kitchen flows effortlessly into the open-plan living and dining area, creating a sociable space for spending time together. Gather around the dining table for leisurely meals before settling onto the comfortable sofas for a cosy evening in. With Sky TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a Sonos Play:5 speaker, you’ll have everything you need to unwind after a day exploring the coast.

The ground floor also benefits from a shower room with WC and a handy washer/ dryer, while a stylish family bathroom on the first floor makes getting ready each day easy for larger groups.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard provides a peaceful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine during the warmer months.

Across the upper floors you’ll find three inviting bedrooms. Two are located on the first floor, including one overlooking the quayside, while the spacious second floor double enjoys elevated views across the estuary, making it a wonderful place to wake each morning.

Just a short drive away, the golden sands of Westward Ho! provide the perfect setting for beach days, surfing and family fun. Nearby Northam Burrows offers beautiful walks across dunes and salt marshes, making it ideal for dog owners, while the South West Coast Path rewards walkers with dramatic clifftop scenery, secluded coves and breathtaking coastal views.
