Inside, the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining space is designed for both comfort and style. Large windows frame superb sea views, while a modern wood burner and plush sofas make this the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring North Devon. The sleek kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and slimline dishwasher, plus a coffee machine and sound bar for added touches of luxury. A fridge/freezer is conveniently located in the shed at the rear of the property, and the external garage offers a practical utility space with washing machine, tumble dryer and even a wet room – ideal after sandy beach days.
Two inviting bedrooms provide a restful night’s sleep: one with a king-size bed, the other with twins, both equipped with TVs and ample storage. They share a modern family bathroom.
Highfields makes the most of its elevated position with a wide decked balcony at the front—perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks with panoramic sea views. Whether you’re surfing the waves, building sandcastles, or enjoying a leisurely paddle, it’s a beach for everyone. Beyond the shoreline, Woolacombe village offers a friendly, laid-back vibe, while nearby gems include the dramatic coastal paths of Morte Point and Baggy Point, the picturesque harbour town of Ilfracombe (6 miles), and the rugged beauty of Exmoor National Park. For golf enthusiasts, the championship links course at Saunton is only 7 miles away.

Gardens: A combination of lawn and decked patio in rear garden, leading out from the kitchen. Table and chairs on rear patio and gas BBQ. Front balcony boasts impressive sea views and balcony furniture. Fridge/freezer housed in shed at the rear of the property.
Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles. On street parking also available. 12 Steps up to front door from driveway.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Gas central heating. Wi Fi Broadband. Disney+ and Netflix included. No smoking. Balcony and garden furniture provided. Iron and ironing board. Travel cot and highchair provided. Wood burner (first basket of logs provided between September to April). Short term breaks available. Arrival & departure for weekly bookings is Friday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
