The property is accessibility friendly, as all internal rooms are on one level. Entering the property, the hallway leads into an attractive open-plan living room with ample comfy seating. From here bi-fold doors open out on to a large decked balcony with comfortable outdoor seating. The wonderful views from the living room can be enjoyed no matter what the season, and the sunsets over the sea are spectacular. Within the living room, there is a dining area with seating for 6, and this leads on to a modern fitted and well-equipped kitchen.
At the front of the property, there are two stylish bedrooms (double bedroom and twin bedroom) that are served by a modern family bathroom. The spacious master bedroom, with a shower ensuite and super king-sized bed, is at the rear of the property; where you can wake up to wonderful sea views and sunrises across the North Devon countryside. From this bedroom, and the living room, you can also access the raised deck area. Here you can enjoy wonderful sea and coastal views, which add something special when enjoying al fresco dining or a morning coffee. A few steps lead to an enclosed, sloping lawned garden. There is driveway parking at the front of the property with additional on-street parking for 2 vehicles.
Number 53 is in an ideal location, only a short distance from the centre of Woolacombe and its 3-mile stretch of golden, sandy beach. Woolacombe is known for its relaxed atmosphere and ample selection of amenities, including a variety of shops and restaurants. It is also surrounded by beautiful countryside and coastline. There are magnificent countryside and coastal walks to be enjoyed, with the South West Coast Path easily accessible. Although everything you could need for a wonderful holiday is close by, there are also great places to visit within a short drive. Including the picturesque harbour at Ilfracombe, the splendour of the Exmoor National Park and a further choice of, beautiful beaches, and picturesque sandy coves, as well as characterful villages and historic market towns.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.
