Entrance hall: Six steps lead up to the private entrance. Entrance hall has space for coats and boots. There is a utility cupboard with washing machine, high chair, iron and ironing board.
Bedroom 1 : Master King size bedroom with solid wood wardrobe, dressing table and bedsides.
Living room: large comfortable sofa and matching chair. Large Smart TV, DVD player and electric fire. Patio door leading to decked patio with table and chairs.
Kitchen: Well equipped modern fitted kitchen with gas range oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, integrated dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer, variety of kitchen utensils.
Dining Room: Table and chairs seating 4. Large comfortable chair and TV.
Bedroom 2 : Twin bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside.
Bathroom : Bath with shower over, heated towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Garden: Small decked patio off living room with garden furniture and views of the North Devon countryside in the distance.
Parking:  One private car parking space.
Pets: No Pets allowed
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels provided (excluding beach towels). Wi Fi Broadband. Gas central heating. Patio furniture. Private parking for 1 car. Highchair available. Iron, ironing board. No smoking. Short breaks available.  Arrival & departure for weekly bookings is Friday.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure.
